Chapter 4: Page 7
Hey, I have a working tablet again but since I’m still dealing with the backlog of pages needing to be colored, here is a still waaaay in progress page. But it’s a new page, which is something right?
In other news, the previous two pages have been updated! And starting next week we should return to normal production of fully colored pages.
Edit: AHAHAHA I’m caught up…
cool i am glad that you have a tablet working again, Keep up the good work.
Awww. Cute elves are cute. XD
Wait, wait, wait.
These guys know of molecular structure?
Just how much DO they know?
Is there a Magitek Industrialisation going on somewhere?
Of course, they might be speaking in another language and “molecular structure” is the closest approximation of what they mean while a direct translation might be “energy pattern” or something like that..
Speaking of which, what are mages expected to do after graduating, considering that they have a highly specialized skillset that makes them literally worth their weight in gold, if not more?
(Not to speak of that in many settings, mages are essentially “walking artillery” in warfare – which unfortunately is rarely reflected in games because of ‘balance’)
Clever new reader! “Of course, they might be speaking in another language and “molecular structure” is the closest approximation of what they mean while a direct translation might be “energy pattern” or something like that..” This is the closest, but a lot of the “magic” in Halflight is very close to really theoretical quantum physics stuff. So red mages are best at dealing with molecular structures, and blue mages excel at perceiving different possibilities and potentials.
